Your privacy is important to us and especially your private conversations with our Realtors. For the purpose of this policy all references to “Chat” will include video and/or text. We will not share your information or the details of any chat without your permission. There are times that we will share this information with our partner vendors but only as it to relates to services you express an interest in. For example, if you ask us for help with getting a mortgage, we may pass your information and some details of the chat to a trusted vendor. If HomeChatr hires a third party vendor to assist in providing our services, leases and or licenses the use of our technology to other Real Estate Brokers, we may forward your information or allow them to take chats with you; however, the identity of the Brokerage will always be disclosed and announced in the beginning of the Chat.
What happens to your information when you fill out a form or register for an account on our website?
When you fill out a form on our site or register for an account, we store your information, preferences and behaviors. There are times that we will share this information with our partner vendors but only as it relates to real estate services and related companies. Any time you complete a form on our site or register for an account, you are granting permission to be contacted by a Realtor.
What happens if HomeChatr buys a company or sells to another company?
By using our website you agree that your information (along with the other of the users of our site and services) is one of the assets that is transferred or shared when and if our company is sold or we choose to buy another company.
